My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, they didn't have my reservation, despite my email confirmations. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult, and I felt unsupported in finding alternative accommodations. While the location has potential, I wouldn’t recommend this place as it lacks reliable service and has room for significant improvement.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. After dealing with a booking mix-up and unresponsive staff, I ended up in a room that was completely uninhabitable due to a strong mildew smell and lacking bedding. Though the area has potential, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the issues with both the accommodations and the staff’s inability to assist. I found a much better place not far away and was much happier there.
